Ages 7-11 Jump Start
Science has proven that ages 7 to 11 are the most critical years in a child’s life for motor skill development. Jump Start's fun and friendly environment utilizes the most up to date research to build your young athlete's physical foundation. Jump Starts signature training methods improve self esteem, speed and strength.
Sessions are 1 hour long and have a maximum of eight athletes to one Parisi Performance Enhancement Specialist. Sessions are offered at varying times. Training during these sessions focuses on speed development, body weight strength training, endurance and flexibility.
Every athlete in the Jump Start program must go through our mandatory comprehensive evaluation to first assess the strengths and weakness. After completing the initial evaluation, your athlete will be placed in one of two groups depending upon performance level and age.
Group A1-Athletes placed at this level will acquire basic speed specific motor skill development and conditioning. This is traditionally the youngest group in our program, participants in this group typically range in age from seven to nine years old.
Group A2- Athletes placed at this level still need continued focus on speed specific motor skill development, but are demonstrating the required technique and coach ability for this level. The typical age range for this group is nine to 12 years old.
This program is a must for any young athlete who wants to develop foundational athletic skills to help get a “ jump start” on the completion and feel better at the same time.
